DESERT VALLEY MESA

Desert Valley neighborhood is a community in Mesa, Arizona. This community features mainly large homes and they’re priced very well for the area. This community began in 2005, and the last home development was in 2008. The current price range for homes in this area are between $315,000 and $469,000. For the price, homeowners will expect three to five bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and 1,500 to 4,500 square feet of living space. The average Home Owner’s Association fees are $50-55/month. The Desert Valley community was primarily developed in 2005, but some of the more recent developments were completed in 2008. All of the homes in the area have garages and driveway parking.

Schools are rated very well in the area, with the best being Jack Barnes Elementary School for children at PreK through fifth grade. The Queen Creek Middle School is for fifth and sixth graders, and Queen Creek High School is for ninth through twelfth.
