EASTMARK COMMUNITY MESA

This quiet area of Mesa is a filled with fast growing neighborhoods that sits on roughly 3,200 acres of land.  For the size of the community, it has a lot more options to pick from for different home styles.  There’s a lot of single and two-story homes available to choose from.  There’s lots of things to do and places to live in Eastmark like visiting Palladium Point, Inspiration Park,  and Encore.  A home in Eastmark community will cost from $300k – $750k depending on the size home and amenities you’re interested in.  The neighborhood is ideal for people looking at single-family homes in Mesa.  The average home is 4 bedroom with 3 bathrooms and the most common type of parking is in garages.  Eastmark has 13 designated green spaces and there’s more in development.

The Eastmark Community Center is the main source for activities and entertainment.  Within Eastmark there’s a Sprouts, Fry’s, Safeway, Albertsons, Bashas, Queen Creek Marketplace, Shoppes at Augusta Ranch, and an IMAX Theatre.  There’s a community pool at Eastmark with 4,000 Square Feet of water to swim in, and an additional 560 Sq.Ft. Kiddie pool for the children.  Eastmark is known to cater toward a wide range of intrests and offers tons of activities and several clubs for residents to join.  Wine tastings, book clubs, and volunteer groups are available.
